Shipping Q: When will I see the charge for my order on my credit card? A: Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at that time. Charges will be billed by QT Stuff. Q: Will my bill include sales tax? A: Only California orders will be charged the applicable sales tax. Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Provided the merchandise you have ordered is in stock, all orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail. All orders are shipped UPS. Your actual arrival time depends on the shipping method you chose. You can look up the tracking details by logging into the UPS site or contact us via e-mail or phone. If your item(s) are backordered we will contact you and let you know when you should expect your shipment. Q: What is the shipping charge for my order? A: When you place your order, you can choose the shipping method that is right for you. The shipping charges are directly related to the location and weight of the shipment. You will see the shipping charges after you enter your shipping address during check out. Q: I want to buy using one of your promotional/coupon codes, how do I enter it and when will the discount be applied? A: Enter your promotional/coupon code in the comment section during check out. Your discount will not be applied until your payment is processed, all of which happens in the backend so you will not see the discount until your order is shipped. (Also, if you are receiving free shipping, it will be shipped via UPS ground.) Product Questions Q: What are the difference between the 9.2.5, 24.7, and Freelance? A: The specific products are the same, the difference is the intended use of our products. We’ve bundled our products to fit specific lifestyles and needs. The 9.2.5 , as the name implies is designed with a focus on a traditional work day from 9 to 5. The package includes either a Slingback or Messenger bag with the matching accessories; laptop sleeve and accessory case. Whereas, the 24.7, is dedicated to the long hours and corresponding duties of parenthood. The 24.7 includes the same Slingback, Messenger bag, or Square, but with different matching accessories. The accessories include the insulated bottle holder, changing pad, wipes case, and accessory case. If you have a different agenda, then the Freelance, is right for you. The Freelance allows you to pick and chose the specific products you need. Q: My laptop is a little larger than the laptop sleeve for the Slingback or Messenger bag, could I still use the bag without the sleeves? A: As noted on our site, laptop sleeves are designed to hold specific size computers. The small sleeve comfortably holds a 13” computer and the larger sleeve holds up to a 15” laptop. The small sleeve is designed to fit in the Slingback and the larger sleeve fits in the Messenger bag. If you decide to forego the sleeves, the Slingback easily fits a 15” laptop and the Messenger bag fits a 17” laptop. Q: What is a laptop sleeve? Laptop sleeves have extra padding to protect your computer. Laptop sleeves usually do not have extra room to carry other items. In our case, our laptop sleeve doubles as a sleeve as well as a stand alone laptop tote. Our sleeves have an extra pocket in the back to carry files and folders. The detachable nylon strap easily allows you to carry your laptop over your shoulder, across your chest, or in your bag. Q: Does the accessory case come with both the 9.2.5 and the 24.7? A: The accessory case does come with both the 9.2.5 and 24.7 packages. The universal application of the accessory case is a great asset to keep both your work and family life organized. The case is helpful in organizing everything from your memory stick, power cords, and pens to your binkies and medicines. Q: What is the best way to clean my O Yikes! diaper bag and accessories? A: You have three options to clean your bag and accessories. Depending on the amount of cleaning required, you could wipe clean, spot clean, or hand wash. You can easily wipe off most liquids spilled in or on your bag. Use any soft cloth to wipe your bag clean. To spot clean, use warm water and mild soap. For best results, clean the entire panel, not just the soiled area. If your bag requires more vigorous cleaning, you can hand wash it with mild soap, warm water and a soft, nylon-bristled brush (not recommended for our wool products). Make sure to air dry and do not put your bag in the dryer. Returns and Exchanges Q: What is your return policy? We dedicate ourselves to providing products that are fashionable and of the highest quality. All O Yikes! products have a lifetime warranty due to manufacture defects. If you have a defective product, your item will be exchange for the same item regardless if you purchase your products online at www.oyikes.com or from your local retailer. To exchange your bag, please contact our customer service department for information and a return authorization number. When exchanging merchandise, please enclose a copy of your original invoice with the return authorization number. O Yikes! will arrange for the return shipping through UPS. Actual exchange will be made after the products are received and examined by a representative of O Yikes. |
